First and foremost, guests have given the Hyatt Zilara Cancun top marks for its ocean views. These appear to be standard in all rooms, regardless of the location of your suite.

Many guests noted that, in contrast to nearby resorts, this adults-only hotel has a much calmer atmosphere. While couples appear to be well-catered for here, guests traveling in larger groups note that the hotel and its staff were more than ready to meet their needs and were at no point overwhelmed by the size or demands of their parties.

Repeat guests report returning to the hotel year after year, with many commenting that they are treated like family by staff. Many also comment on the hotel's overall excellence, with some guests struggling to find fault with their experience at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun.

There appears to an issue with air conditioning levels throughout the building. Guests commented that the lobby and restaurant areas were uncomfortably warm. Many also thought that the pool temperature was too high to ensure a refreshing dip.

On the whole, the quality of the food here was good, with guests raving about the coffee shop. However, many were left consistently unimpressed by the Asiana Restaurant. Some were also disappointed with the limited selection of wine and beer on offer, including an especially small selection of Mexican beers.
