Negative Reviews
negative:
Not all rooms have an ocean or harbor view
Be sure to specifically request a harbor view room at the time of booking and do your research in advance. Not all rooms have sea views, but with its stunning location, rooms with a view are worth it. Additionally, not all rooms have a balcony, so if that's a requirement, be sure to request a room that has one.
negative:
Long elevator wait times
There aren't a large number of elevators, so you might have to put up with wait times for the elevator. Guests have noted the elevators are often out of order or getting maintenance done. Additionally, if you stay on a higher floor, you can expect the elevator to make multiple stops on nearly every floor, especially in the mornings.
negative:
Noise might disrupt your stay
This is a rather large hotel with plenty of guests coming and going, including cruise ship groups. You might hear noise from neighboring rooms from time to time, as well as noise of people roaming the halls. Walls might be a little on the thin side, but this shouldn't be enough to detract from your overall stay.
