You'll find it hard to fault the professional customer service provided at this hotel, all the staff are well trained and courteous. If you have a request during your stay, no matter how big or small, it will get dealt with quickly and without any fuss.

The rooms here are cosy, warm, and comfortable, with plush furnishings and a nice soft bed. You'll really be able to put you feet up and relax while you stay here.

This place has decided not to include the breakfast buffet in the room rate, so if you want to enjoy a morning meal while staying here you'll have to pay extra for it. Management really needs to make breakfast complimentary for all guests.

It's quite easy to hear what is going on in the rooms next to yours, and also people talking in the hallways, which can be disturbing at times. Pack some earplugs if you want to get an early night, just in case.

There are some parts of this hotel that are not being kept clean enough. You might notice things like stained towels in your room or dirty dishes left in the hallways. If anything is unsatisfactory make sure you report to reception right away.
