Guests loved the location of the Blue Mountain Lodge and found it really convenient being just a few steps away from the main road with lots of shops and restaurants of of downtown Banff. Surrounded by Canadian Rocky Mountains it is a perfect option for a relaxed vacation.
With accommodating and helpful staff around, guest felt completely at ease with all the help needed and rated it as the best feature of their stay. From giving sightseeing recommendations to sorting minor issues promptly to give attention to even baking cookies, staff provides excellent guest-service.
Blue Mountain Lodge provides good value for money as the price is appropriate according to the amenities and rooms provided. Clean and well-maintained rooms, good breakfast and items, close proximity to restaurants and shopping areas and amazing staff makes it a good choice for travellers.
Guests found the rooms to be quite small & dated however; they were quite equipped with the basic facilities. The bathrooms were also very small with a very tiny shower area. This is the major concern area for the guests with this hotel.
Some guests noted the rooms could be quieter & beds could be improved as the current beds are very squeaky and whenever someone moves it make noise. New mattresses and more comfortable pillows can be a good addition to the room.
The Wi-Fi connectivity is very weak and accessing the Internet is quite frustrating at times as mentioned by the guests.
