Since the majority of people traveling to South Beach want to experience as much sun and sand outside of their hotel rooms, it’s nice to book a cheap hotel that you will still feel luxurious staying at. Some hotels have complimentary breakfast, complimentary wifi, free beach chair rentals, parking, etc. to make your stay in Miami, Florida much more memorable. Activities to do in South Beach
When vacationing on South Beach, you have the option of lying on the beach from sunrise to sunset, lounging at any hotel rooftop pool or shopping in one of many trendy boutiques located on almost every street throughout the area, but the fun and relaxation doesn’t stop there. The majority of vacationers are perfectly content by going to Wet Willies and ordering one of their famous alcoholic slushie concoctions like Call a Cab or Sex on The Beach and taking a stroll down Ocean Ave. That’s one of the infamous perks about Wet Willie’s slushes, you can leave the bar with your beverage in hand and sit on the beach to enjoy it if you’d like. Another great place for the family, a group setting or date night would be Mango’s Tropical Café. It’s located on Ocean Ave. and is an essential location to dine, drink and watch the live entertainment that the staff provides with choreographed singing and dancing to live music.
South Beach has many locations that allow you to rent bicycles and segways and ride independently while touring the area and surrounding neighborhoods like the Wynwood Art District, that’s a creative neighborhood which houses many galleries and museums and always offers a good time.
