Guests tend to be impressed by the hotel's location. The area is not quite as iconic as South Beach but the beach, just a block from the hotel, is quieter as a result. There's a decent choice of restaurants in the area and there's plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property.
Previous guests have been pleased with the standard of the studios at the Seaside Apartment Hotel, often commenting that the studios are reasonably spacious with an excellent set of included amenities. The kitchen is particularly good although guests do note that the washer/dryer is a cheap model.
