    There were hardly any complaints regarding the customer service that guests received from the hotel employees. The staff members were given accolades by the majority of guests. They found the employees to be engaging and kind. The concierge, restaurant

    Most visitors to The Langham were dazzled at the sight of their rooms. They advised the rooms are wonderfully furnished and contemporary. Also, they stated that the rooms were big with lots of space.

    The food at this hotel was universally acclaimed by guests. The afternoon tea in particular was a big hit with many of the visitors. They liked the variety of the menu and stated that the food was amazing.
