St Theresa's Catholic Church: A Savannakhet landmark and the largest Catholic church in the city. Heuan Hin (Stone House): The set of Cham or Khmer ruins, built between AD 553 and 700. Musee Des Dinosaures: A major dig in the 1930s near a village 145km eastr of the city unearthed 110-million-year-old dinosaur fossils. Dong Natad: It is a sacred, semi-evergreen forest within a provincial protected area 15km from Savannakhet. It's home to two villages that have been coexisting with the forest about 400 years.
