Hotel Pocaterra Inn & Waterslide (Canmore, Canada)

The property is very easy to locate according to guests, which is just off the Trans-Canada Highway. It is also a great base point to explore the national park, and is very convenient to visiting the Banff Village. Because of its location, most of the rooms feature marvellous views of the mountains.

Guests loved that the rooms have laminated floors instead of carpets, which is something they didn't normally see on other properties. All rooms are spacious as well, with a cosy fireplace perfect for cold weathers. There were also very few complaints about the rooms' cleanliness.

There are many relaxing amenities on-site that the previous guests took advantage of! There is a swimming pool with a great slide, perfect for the kids, as well as a hot tub. Moreover, there are also sauna and steam rooms accessible for all hotel guests.

A lot previous guests complained that they were not able to check-in on time. Some were denied of early check-in, even if the hotel was empty and there were many rooms available. Other guests had checked in late according to their schedules.

Breakfast is uninteresting with very limited options. Aside from the major complaints that the meals consist of low-quality goods and frozen, reheated preservatives, guests noted that many items were missing, such as coffee and bread.

Noise from the lobby and the hallways can quickly enter the rooms. Guests also complained that they were disturbed by music coming from the events and parties happening at the hotel premises. Furthermore, others were annoyed that they were able to hear the other guests from neighbouring rooms.
