Staff members at Falcon Crest Lodge go beyond the call of duty to ensure guests have a wonderful stay at the lodge. Guests reported that staff do everything they can to accommodate special requests, they are quick to help out with any issue that arises and issues with rooms are corrected immediately. Guests also reported that the staff periodically checks up on guests to make sure everything is good.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal and makes for the perfect base from which to explore the spectacular Canadian Rockies. It's easy to find, the views of the mountains are amazing, downtown Canmore and a number of restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there are so many things to do especially for those who love being outdoors.

Guests reported that not only was the restaurant very nice and comfortable, the food was delicious, well-prepared and plentiful and there is the option to eat outdoors.

The guest rooms at Falcon Crest Lodge are very small and feature uncomfortable beds and furnishings. Guests also reported a lack of counter space in the bathrooms, a lot of dust, stained sheets, dirty windows, cigarette butts left on balconies and a room temperature that 's always hot.

Guests reported that it tends to get noisy around the hotel and the noise comes from several sources including people walking loudly upstairs, people talking loudly in nearby rooms and in the corridors and drunken guests who yell and argue late at night.

Some guests reported that there was no one at the front desk when they arrived and they had to wait for someone to appear so they could get checked in. There are long waits to be checked in and sometimes, the rooms aren't even ready on time and guests have to wait around even longer.
