Guests loved how their minibars were stocked with free non-alcoholic beverages and refilled each day. They thought it was a nice touch that made this hotel exceed their expectations and caused them to feel the hotel had guests in mind.

Guests noted that they usually weren't disturbed by noise from other guests or sounds from outside when staying here. They liked being able to stay in such an action-packed area without having to experience excessive noise.

Guests felt they were in the heart of it all when staying here. Many commented that they could see the Empire State Building from their rooms, and clarified that this hotel puts you near several neighbourhoods, plus a subway station, so it's easy to either get around on foot or by using public transit.

Guests warned the showers in this hotel have an interesting design because the glass pane that faces out into the rooms is only barely frosted. When the light is on in the bathroom, guests said the silhouette of the showering occupant could clearly be seen. They noted this could create awkwardness unless you are staying with someone you know well.

Feedback from guests indicated that the beds are smaller than you may expect. Guests said they were especially aware of the small mattress size when sleeping with someone else.

Guests complained that there were cases when the Wi-Fi signal did not reach their rooms. Furthermore, guests mentioned having to go to certain areas of their rooms to use the Wi-Fi when they were able to get access.
