The hotel’s indoor pool is a favourite of many guests for its clean surroundings and the slide running into it. Kids love the slide and it keeps them entertained all day long which makes it ideal for guests staying at the hotel with their families.

The hotel staff is very well trained in customer service giving each and every single guest individual attention. There have been no guest complaints regarding the hotel staff which speaks volumes about them. So many guests have been given free perks, upgraded rooms at no extra cost.

The hotel has a pet-friendly policy which has proved beneficial for many guests. Guests have brought pets with them without prior notification and have been allotted rooms without a second thought by the excellent staff. In cases of guests bringing in more than one pet, the hotel has waived off extra fees and charged for only one pet.

Guests have described the breakfast area at the hotel as very small. It gets really crowded and there are very few tables laid out which made it a disappointing experience for many guests. Guests prefer to take the breakfast to their rooms.

The hotel walls are very thin and guests have complained about hearing people talking in hallways and in adjacent rooms. The most frequent complaint has been about kids running up and down the hallways, opening and closing doors, creating a lot of noise.
