About Leaside Manor

Situated in a peaceful residential neighbourhood just a couple of minutes drive from downtown St. John’s, Leaside Manor is a modern B&B offering luxury accommodation and personalised service. The 12 rooms are very well appointed and feature gleaming wood floors and elegant furniture. Luxury amenities such as in-suite hot tubs are also present in some units. A number of self catering apartments are also available. Leaside Manor is set on 2.5 acres of lovely gardens in the Waterford Valley, and guests are welcome to enjoy these. The hosts can assist with laundry, local advice and other similar matters. A full cooked English breakfast is served at the B&B each morning. Those heading into downtown St John’s will find it just 1.4 miles from Leaside Manor. The Signal Hill National Historic Site has fantastic views over both St John’s and the wild Atlantic, and is just 3.2 miles from the B&B.
