The Buena Park Hotel & Suites (Buena Park, USA)

The hotel is very family friendly with its swimming pool and convenient location for the area's attractions and theme parks, as well as shops and restaurants. The staff were all found to be friendly and helpful. Visitors from Australia found the staff at the tours desk very obliging. The availability of an affordable coin-operated laundry is useful.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, with very comfortable beds, from many of the rooms there are wonderful views over southern California. The complimentary Wi-Fi works well and the coffee makers are well liked by guests, adding to the room's attraction. Rooms facing the swimming pool are well insulated so that the noise from the pool does not intrude.

The pool area is attractive with plenty of chairs and loungers available, it was enjoyable to use the hot tub which was at just the right temperature. It was generally felt that for the standard of accommodation, and with the provision of free Wi-Fi, breakfast and parking this establishment represents good value for money.

The walls are thin, so noisy neighbours can prove troublesome. Rooms are somewhat dated, with old furniture, and old television equipment.

The lack of toiletries was not good, and a bathroom light was not working. Some guests had problems with the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi.

The breakfast area was rather crowded and uncomfortable, and guests felt that it could be better organized to avoid the hold ups that were occurring.
