Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This hotel is ideal for sightseers and budget travelers seeking a convenient urban base. The property boasts a prime location in a quiet residential zone, offering immediate access to a large shopping center and an Olympic swimming pool just a few minutes' walk away. While the facilities are generally criticized for maintenance issues, the synthetic grass terrace stands out as a pleasant and spacious area for relaxation. Guests frequently report significant issues with staff responsiveness and communication with the owner, and the overall comfort of the rooms is often negatively reviewed, with mentions of inadequate heating and dirty bedding. For a potentially quieter experience, guests might consider requesting a room that does not face the street.
