The beach, which is directly adjacent to the hotel, is a paradise of golden soft sand and turquoise sea. Palm trees along the beach also provide shade and the hotel provides plenty of beach chairs.

The staff, while attentive and friendly, are often unable to communicate well in English as it is often not their first language. French and Spanish seem to be the most widely spoken staff languages.

While the rooms are clean, the public bathrooms are frequently crowded and not cleaned often enough, particularly at the pool area. Many guests also complained about weak Wi-Fi connections.

The hotel is a self-contained resort. Some guests complained that it was distant from other attractions besides the beach.
