Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This hotel is currently undergoing extensive remodeling, which is significantly transforming its appearance and amenities, establishing it as a prominent conference center and a memorable destination. Its expansive indoor pool area is a central feature, frequently highlighted by guests as a major draw. The hotel is particularly well-suited for business travelers attending events, families seeking recreational options, and event attendees due to its dedicated and well-regarded facilities. Many guests consistently commend the staff's friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor, which significantly contributes to a positive overall experience. While the renovations bring a fresh and updated look, some areas still show signs of their age, and guests occasionally encounter minor inconveniences related to the ongoing work. To enhance your stay, it is advisable to inquire about the status of renovations and specifically request an updated room or a ground-floor option if mobility is a concern, as the property is quite large.
