Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This hotel is consistently described as a last resort, primarily appealing to budget travelers or those attending events like Bonnaroo who prioritize proximity over quality. Its most notable feature, unfortunately, is the pervasive issue of filth and pest infestations, which guests frequently highlight as a major deterrent. While a few guests mention a convenient location near shopping and dining, the overwhelming sentiment points to a property in severe disrepair, making it unsuitable for families or couples seeking a comfortable or clean stay. To avoid disappointment, guests should manage their expectations, consider bringing their own cleaning supplies and bedding, and be prepared for a very basic and potentially unsanitary experience.
