Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
The hotel is primarily recognized as a budget-friendly option, often chosen by short-stay guests or business travelers passing through, especially when other accommodations are scarce. Its affordability and convenient location near a university and local amenities are frequently highlighted as its main draws. While some guests find the rooms to be clean and comfortable enough for a quick stop, others report significant issues with cleanliness and basic room functionality. The staff receives highly mixed reviews, with some guests praising their kindness and responsiveness, while others describe them as rude or unhelpful. This property appears to cater to travelers seeking an economical stay who prioritize location and price over extensive amenities or consistent quality. For an improved experience, guests are advised to confirm specific room features upon arrival and consider bringing their own personal comfort items, such as extra towels or a bedside lamp, as these are commonly noted as lacking.
