Guests appreciated the proximity of the hotel to various shops, plenty of restaurants, Pike Market, and sightseeing opportunities like the Space Needle. They noted that public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel with bus stops in walking distance, and the hop on/ hop off buses stop right at the hotel.
Guests noted that the entire hotel staff was professional and friendly from check-in to check-out. Between the pleasant first impression with a warm smile, ample knowledge regarding the local area, efficiency and a willingness to go the extra mile, the staff received lots of compliments for making guests feel welcome and appreciated. They noted that special requests, assistance with luggage, and calling for transportation were all handled with professionalism and courtesy.
The hotel rooms are reported to be quite spacious, clean and nicely decorated, and guests also liked the premium bedding and the small balconies, which offer nice views of Seattle such as the Space Needle.
Guests reported that the on-site parking garage was rather small and somewhat dirty and quite expensive compared to other parking opportunities nearby. They also noted that there was no elevator, so unless you get lucky enough to get a spot on the first floor, you'll have to maneuver the stairs with your luggage.
Due to the heavy usage the pool gets, the hotel sometimes has to prolong the cleaning process into the daytime hours, so you might not always be able to access it all day long.
A few guests remarked that the Wi-Fi signal would sometimes slow down or drop.
