Admire the rushing waterfall and landscaped gardens from select guest rooms or the hotel’s riverside patio and dining areas.

  • Dine at on-site restaurant

Enjoy farm-to-table American cuisine and cocktails at the hotel’s restaurant, which features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the waterfall.

  • Limited continental breakfast service

The hotel provides a light morning meal consisting of delivered bagels, muffins, and yogurt stored in the in-room refrigerator.

  • Experience historic industrial-chic design

Stay in a beautifully restored former textile mill featuring high ceilings, exposed brick, and contemporary, minimalist room interiors.

  • Walk to downtown Beacon shops

Stroll just steps from the hotel to access the restaurants, cafes, and galleries along Beacon’s vibrant Main Street.

  • Minimalist room layout constraints

Guest rooms feature non-opening windows, limited bathroom storage, and specific layouts where structural posts or furniture placement may restrict movement.

  • Potential for interior noise transfer

Some guest rooms experience sound transfer from plumbing and neighboring units, and windows do not open for natural ventilation.
