Guests commended the entire staff from the room service to the servers, to the concierge, as very accommodating and helpful. The staff was cheerful and gave the hotel a great, friendly atmosphere, guests said. The excellent customer service was often cited as the reason for going back by returning visitors.

This place has everything you need to relax, hike, bike or raft. It’s a great ski town with accessibility to the mountain range and there are plenty of activities to do in a beautiful place like Aspen. Also, the hotel is accessible to nearby restaurants and shops.
Very accommodating amenities
Guests raved about details like heated floors, big, comfortable beds and bar ice bucket filled with ice upon arrival. They said that the rooms had a touch of luxury with the sheets smelling awesome and cucumber water all over the place.
Food is overpriced
Some guests thought that the cost of food was too high and that for the price, the food did not meet expectations. Some said that the quality of the food wasn’t really that upscale. Some said that the restaurants seemed to lack ambiance and selection.
Dissatisfaction with the room service
