Nearly all former guests were thrilled with the standard of the rooms provided by the hotel. As well as being described as spotlessly clean, well-appointed and spacious, the rooms – and property in general – were regarded as really modern and trendy in style.
The quality of the wireless Internet was regularly praised by past visitors that used the amenity during their time at the accommodation. Complimentary with every stay, the Wi-Fi was also usually labelled as reliable and fast.
The staff members representing the hotel have been applauded by many previous guests. In particular, the front desk personnel were commended for their purportedly, welcoming, helpful and professional service.
Based on the overall sentiments of former visitors, the location is arguably the accommodation’s biggest disadvantage. As well as apparently being in a noisy neighbourhood that wasn’t the most welcoming, it has been claimed that the property is not the most convenient for getting around the area.
The omission of any on-site parking was an inconvenience at times for previous guests that visited the hotel in their own transport. With that said, and to lessen this negative to an extent, reportedly inexpensive public parking is situated close to the property.
While its quality was celebrated for the most part, a notable amount of past visitors were somewhat disappointed about the accommodation’s continental breakfast. The selection was said to not be the best, and the day-to-day offering apparently does not change significantly.
