Review summary
Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews
This hotel is a budget-friendly option best suited for sightseers and solo travelers seeking a convenient base for exploration. Its excellent location in Desenzano places guests a mere 3-minute walk from the train station and a short 5-10 minute stroll from the lakefront and old town. The most valuable amenity is the 24-hour reception, ensuring assistance at any time. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the reception team, despite negative feedback regarding the limited and often stale breakfast offerings. For a more comfortable stay, consider requesting a room that has been recently refurbished, as many rooms are described as dated.
