The rooms at the hotel are spacious and comfortable. After a good night’s sleep they say breakfast is the best way to start the day and guests should have no problem finding something they like here to fill up on. There is a good range of hot and cold items and the food served is of a good quality.
There is a very well-proportioned swimming pool at this property and it has the added bonus of a waterslide which proves very popular with children. There is a fitness centre on-site with a small range of weights and cardio machines. This is a pet-friendly hotel so if you are travelling with your dog they are also welcome at the hotel.
This property is located just out of the way of everything to be quite quiet, but close enough to make everywhere easily accessible. The airport and CBD are both within driving distance and for guests wanting to explore the area Assiniboine Zoo and Polo Park Mall are also close by.
There have been a number of minor maintenance issues reported here and guests do not feel like these are fixed promptly enough by staff. Complaints include leaking air-conditioning units, doors not closing properly and signs of mould.
Guests do not feel like this property meets their expectations of cleanliness. The rooms feel grubby, they need to invest in new linens and in particular the carpets need replacing.
