The hosts were so friendly, we arrived 2 hours early, and they gave us our room immediately! They also gave us a bottle of local wine and some hazelnut cookies. We sat in the relaxing chairs under a tree in the front yard, the chambermaid waved and spoke to us, also the maintenance man was wonderful, he kept my husband updated on the hockey game. Rooms are very clean and the beds were very good, will definitely stay again when passing through the area

Property needs updating. Refrigerator was turned off, so could not use. Mold in grout in bathroom. Bathtub appeared dirty. Cobwebs and dead insects in bathroom window frame.

The main lobby was very cluttered. First impressions are important.

The motel is older and in need of a facelift but it was clean and comfortable and the staff was really welcoming. It’s close to town for restaurants and close to the golf course. The only downside was that wifi never worked - very weak signal. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

No fresh air. Had to open the room door at night. Dirty bathroom with broken shower and scuzzy everything. No coffee.

Very Old motel, needs renovation. Towels and bedding set was nice and clean.

If you are a non-smokers, *avoid* at all cost. Smoking all over the place, including 8" infront of room window. Dirty ash trays and everything smells of smoke.

Our room could have been cleaner. It would have been nice to have glasses and cups in the room and in-room coffee maker rather than having to go to the office to get them.

Just stopped in to break up a very long trip back home. Served the purpose. The property is set back adequately from the highway to negate the noises real plus in my books. Even though I don’t give it a high rating I would stay again

This was a great little overnight stop. I was on my motorcycle and just need a quiet, not fancy, BUT CLEAN, place to stay. The front desk person was friendly. If passing through again, I would stay for sure.

Good little roadside stop exactly as expected but I didn’t notice any air conditioning . They were exceptionally accommodating of pre arranged late check in.

The owner wasca VERY SWEET lady. Very polite with a great big smile. Listen if I ever needed to stay on a motel in Princeton ever again I'd go back to this one. It's Princeton. You're NOT going to find a Hilton in a town that doesn't have a Tim Hortons (or a Starbucks) but if you are looking for a damn good coffee go to Tomasitas across the save on foods.

If you want basic this is the place . Was close to town , plenty of parking , room was clean , beds were comfortable and fluffy towels Room had a fridge , microwave and kettle but no cups , coffee, tea , sugar or milk

This property seemed a bit neglected. First the reception desk was a mess with papers strewn everywhere. We were assigned a room close to the office, and the area was piled with garbage and cleaning supplies. The A/C unit in the room didn’t work properly and when we told the owner about it, she seemed reluctant to do anything about it. The area was under a boil water advisory and we knew nothing of that when we booked. Can't recomnend this place.

Located right next to the highway with lots of parking for a vehicle and trailer. No noise at night.

Open 24hrs. We got stuck in Princeton very late at night and they got us a room.

Clean room, though a bit dark. The area in front of the motel had a lot of nice patio furniture to lounge on. Front desk staff (owner?) was incredibly nice and friend, offering us free pops and a massive bowl of cherries.

The motel is old and tired and in much need of a total upgrade.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. 2nd time I've stayed there with no problems.

The room was comfortable enough, but it had two toasters, two microwaves, but no coffee maker or cups. We were offered water and plastic cups because of the boil water advisory, but that was it. It was a disappointing stay.

Staff were really nice and helpful. only downside is the showers are not tall people friendly, being 6’4” i felt like buddy the elf trying to shower but overall 9.5/10

The check in area reeked of urine,but the rooms were very nice and comfortable

We were stranded just outside of Princeton due to a mechanical. Late night booking, friendly front desk, clean room. Hot shower with good pressure :) Very pleasant hosts who promptly brought coffee and amenities when they realized there was none in the room. Exceeded expectations.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The room was super quiet! Especially liked the handheld shower and kitchenette setup.
