Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

A central city base with significant maintenance concerns.

This property serves sightseers seeking a prime location within the historic center, though it struggles to meet basic hospitality standards. The hotel sits alongside the iconic Duomo and is rounded out by a functional Wi-Fi connection that provides reliable connectivity for travelers. While the reception staff can be helpful during check-in, the overall experience is hindered by poor maintenance and a lack of reliable culinary offerings. Guests looking for a more comfortable stay may want to prioritize properties with updated furnishings and consistent service standards.

Some guests mentioned: difficult parking, poor hygiene, missing breakfast.
