The Mansion is a great place to stay for both business and pleasure. Set on the outskirts of town means there is plenty of off street parking and great views over the town.
The Mansion offers all you would expect of a modern Bed & Breakfast, comfortable rooms with TV, shower room, tea and coffee, free high speed WiFi and breakfasts cooked to order after a good nights sleep.
Not all Hotels, never mind Bed & Breakfasts offer a pool, but The Mansion does and it's free for guests to use, along with the sauna and hot tub. The pool is 10m long and 2m at the deep end and it's indoors so no matter what the weather it is always available.
The Mansion is a great place to start the C2C as there is secure on site bike storage and cars can be left in the car park whilst you cycle. Whitehaven is a historic Georgian gem town and is a great place to explore.
