Situated in a peaceful residential neighbourhood just a couple of minutes drive from downtown St. John’s, Leaside Suites & Executive Apartments is a modern B&B offering luxury accommodation and personalised service.

The 12 rooms are very well appointed and feature gleaming wood floors and elegant furniture. Luxury amenities such as in-suite hot tubs are also present in some units. A number of self catering apartments are also available.

Leaside Suites & Executive Apartments is set on 2.5 acres of lovely gardens in the Waterford Valley, and guests are welcome to enjoy these. The hosts can assist with laundry, local advice and other similar matters.

A full cooked English breakfast is served at the B&B each morning.

Those heading into downtown St John’s will find it just 1.4 miles from Leaside Suites & Executive Apartments. The Signal Hill National Historic Site has fantastic views over both St John’s and the wild Atlantic, and is just 3.2 miles from the B&B.

Delicious and abundant breakfast

It was pretty much impossible to find a harsh word written about the breakfast. Guests certainly enjoyed the taste, with many also adding that it was very generous and really set them up for the day ahead

Friendly and caring staff

Guests really couldn't have spoken more highly about the staff. While they were described as welcoming and friendly, traits perhaps not all that unusual in the hospitality business, many guests went on to add that they really had a caring attitude that seemed to go “above and beyond” the call of duty when helping their guests.

Exceptionally well appointed rooms

The overwhelming majority of guests were very impressed with their rooms, saying that they were all that they had expected based on the B&B's good reputation. They generally liked the décor and general set-up and found them both beautiful and equipped with all they needed for a typically romantic stay or special treat.

Negative Reviews

Might need a quick refresh

A noticeable minority of guests felt that, considering the class of the property, the décor and maintenance was perhaps just lacking a little bit. based on its reputation and fairly high room rates, guests were expecting everything to be flawless, with some saying the rooms were looking a little tied I some places and could do with a quick refresh to get them looking in tip top shape again.
