Incredible staff

You get the warmest of welcomes at this hotel where all the staff seem to genuinely care about how you are doing. They are so friendly and polite that the customer service provided at this hotel is the first thing mentioned by many guests.

Excellent options in the restaurant

Guests are impressed by the food served up for each meal of the day at the hotel restaurant. They say that the food is delicious and that it's far from being the usual average hotel fare. It's wonderful to have such great food available on-site.

Amazing rooms and beds

The rooms are very well maintained, and you won't find a speck of dust anywhere. The beds are great, and you'll struggle to get out of them in the morning as they are so comfy. If you're lucky, you'll also get a room with a view of the harbour which is perfect for holiday snapshots.
