Terra Mar units B (downstairs) and D (upstairs) are two units of a 4-plex located one block from the beach. This listing is for Unit B (Downstairs). Each unit is 1100 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there are two roll away twin beds. We do allow up to 10 guests but only provide bedding and linens for 6 occupants.\r\n\r\nEach unit is equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and kitchen utensils. Each has a washer, dryer, cable TV and WIFI.
