Positive Reviews

Spacious and comfortable suites

Overall, guests have found the suites here to be of a good standard, consistently describing the accommodation as clean, spacious and comfortable. Bar a few grumbles about the self-catering provisions, the accommodation is found to be well equipped. Guests have particularly enjoyed having a private outdoor space from which to enjoy the sea views.

Appealing location

The location of this property has proved to be a highlight for guests. It seems to be off the beaten track a little, which guests have enjoyed as it offers a fair amount of seclusion. Amenities in Simonstown are still found to be easily accessible as has Boulders Beach, home to a colony of African penguins.

Great service from staff

The staff here attract plenty of praise among reviews of the property. It appears that the six guest maximum works out well as guests describe the staff as friendly, attentive and happy to help with information about local attractions as well as practical assistance with things like directions and airport transfers.

Negative Reviews

Bathrooms attract some criticism

While finding the rooms here to be of a good standard, guests do highlight some concerns about the bathrooms. For some, it was simply a matter of the bathrooms being on the snug side but others had problems with the hot water supply as well as reporting a problem with mould in one of the showers.
