The apartment is located downtown, near the main city square. Close by there\'s a lot of cafes, restaurants and local commerce, ATM machines, supermarkets, the beautiful Livramento Market and the river crossing to Troia.\r\nIt\'s an apartment with a big and sunny living room with a little balcony. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and one has a quick-assembly baby bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. One bathroom and a closed sunroom with washing machine. The apartment also has two electric heaters for the winter period and two tower fans for the hot days.
