The rooms at the hotel offer spectacular views according to guests. Rooms feature panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains including Mount Rainer, the waters of the Puget Sound or the city depending on which one you are in.

A lot of Seattle's most famous and interesting sights can be reached on foot in less than 15-minutes. Not only can you get to all the tourist sports, but the hotel is two blocks away from the shopping of Pacific Place and Westlake Center.

Service in all areas

Guests point out the staff at the hotel does a good job of providing friendly service while making sure your needs are met. The concierge staff is knowledgeable and able to assist while the cleaning and dining staff is very good as well according to guests.

Wi-Fi will cost you

Guests say they weren't impressed with the fact that the hotel charges you to use in-room Wi-Fi. The hotel does offer free Wi-Fi in the lobby and can also be found at the hotel's restaurant.

Historic building shows age

The two towers of The Westin Seattle are part of the city's iconic skyline; however, the rooms inside show they have seen quite a few occupants over the years. Visitors point out that rooms looked tired and were probably in need of a renovation.

Going up, well maybe

Elevators at the hotel are slow and can take quite a long time to get to the higher floors according to guests who also note there were issues with the elevators working from time to time.
