Negative Reviews

Beach is not exclusive to guests

Although the resort is very close to the beach, guests do not like the fact that the beach isn’t exclusive to them. There are lots of people on the beach, including vendors who can get a bit too intrusive, barring the guests from enjoying a relaxing time by the sand.

Hit and miss’ foods served at the restaurants

There were times when the guests loved the food, but there were also some days wherein there’s much left to be desired from the buffet. This was disheartening, particularly for those who were expecting food with consistent quality throughout their stay.

Issues with key cards may arise

All rooms are accessed through a key card for added security. However, guests encountered instances wherein their key cards did not work. It is inconvenient because the lobby is far from the rooms, forcing the guests to exert extra effort just to get the issue fixed.
