This 3 year old ocean view solar studio is located in the guarded & gated community of Laguna Hills, just 5 miles east of downtown San Jose Del Cabo. It\'s just a few minutes\' walk to a white, sandy beach, and Buzzards Bar & Grill where Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served. From November to March, enjoy the thrilling sights and sounds of the migrating humpback and grey whales as they pass by. Swimming is very safe during the winter months on our beach, and in the spring, surfing is just up the road. This property is 100% on solar, so please leave blow dryers, curling irons and the like, at home for now. Thank you.
