Welcome to my cozy full apartment in (dutch) country style in Rotterdam. Very centrally. Suitable for multiple travel destinations.

- Public transport to Rotterdam Centre right in front of the apartment (30 meters),
- Bakery beneath the apartment,
- Multiple supermarkets around the corner (max. 3 min walk)
- Great view from the apartment at the green surroundings - hikingarea 'Zuiderpark' within 5 min. walk,
- Free parking (usefully when using a car).

1st floor
- Living with a view

- Bathroom with toilet, waterfountain, bath with WHIRLPOOL-SYSTEM and separate walk-in shower
- 1 workroom/washingroom with washingmachine, dryer and other laundry facilities

You can reach Rotterdam Centre with the one-way tram. It's tram nr. 25 (in front of the apartment!) and it's a direct connection. Within 20 minutes you're at Central Station, Lijnbaan, Koopgoot and other public famous places of the citycentre.

Ther's one thing I would appreciate; treat the house, like it's your own. Be kind to my neighbors :)

You will stay in a full apartment. There are no private areas or rooms. It's totally yours.
