Positive Reviews

Great access to the lake

It seems that many guests of the B&B stayed here, rather then in Quebec City, because of the access to the lake. They mentioned that access was actually quite easy, not only because the property itself is on the banks of the lake, but because the hosts have kayaks and other boats that guests may use to get out on the water to explore, or perhaps do a spot of fishing.

Breakfast was a work of art

While guests did enjoy the breakfast itself, with most saying that it was very tasty, what impressed even more than taste, was how well it was presented. It seems that the hosts are keen “fruit artists” and guests were impressed with the lovely artistic pieces of fruit that adorned their breakfast plates each morning. It may have been a small gesture, but to guests indicated an attention to detail that was very commendable.

Terrific family of hosts

Guests really enjoyed the atmosphere at the B&B. It was said to be run not just by a couple, but their whole family. This family was said to be very artistic, which resulted in not only a beautiful environment, but a fantastic open and congenial atmosphere as well.

Negative Reviews

Carbs only breakfast

It was mentioned that the breakfast consisted of only carbohydrate based foods, with the other two macronutrients not represented at all. Diabetics, and those on low-carb diets, will have to discuss their requirements with the hosts beforehand to be sure they can be accommodated.
