Close to the beach

This property is just blocks from Skaha Lake, making it the perfect location for those who want to spend time at the beach. Guests have enjoyed this location because not only can they walk to the beach for the day, but they are also within walking distance of many different restaurants.

Very clean rooms

Many guests have appreciated the fact that this hotel is well cleaned. Having a clean place at which to spend the evening was nice for these guests, especially after spending the entire day in the Okanagan sun.

Great for families

Guests with children have loved this motel because it is extremely family orientated. During the busy season, the property holds a movie night where kids can watch a movie in the courtyard and are given free popcorn and slushies. In addition, there is plenty of space in which children can play.

Negative Reviews

Old and dated

Past guests have mentioned that this property is pretty old and the furniture is looking rather dated. The rooms also only have an old tube style television, rather than a flat screen like you would expect to find in a modern hotel.

Poor Wi-Fi signal

Numerous guests have said that they struggled to get a decent Wi-Fi connection at this property. These guests have said that even when the device says it is connect to the Wi-Fi, it wouldn't function and that they had to sign in every time they wanted to use the service.

Loud air conditioner

There have been complaints about the air conditioners at this property being too loud. This caused guests to want to turn the units off at night, which made it difficult to sleep when it was hot outside.
