Fantastic central location near Byward Market

The property's location is rated highly by guests, as it is near Byward Market and National Gallery. Furthermore, it is closely situated to many major establishments such as shopping centres, restaurants, bars, and Parliament buildings.

Efficient staff assistance

Most guests loved the helpful service rendered by the staff. The whole team even the breakfast and housekeeping employees were all cordial and friendly yet professional. They were more than willing to help guests with their needs as well as demonstrate knowledge by skillfully answering all questions thrown by the guests.

First class breakfast selection!

The common positive reviews are from guests who had enjoyed the wide selection of breakfast food offered daily. The quality of the food and even the overall cleanliness of the dining area were exceptional, and guests were impressed with the high quality service of the servers.

Negative Reviews

Limited parking space

Most of the negative reviews were focused on the lack of enough parking spaces provided for the guests. The parking slots allotted were normally full so many previous guests had no choice but to park in the underground areas or any other paid public parking areas which was quite expensive, challenging, and inconvenient.

Noisy air-conditioning system

Guests complained about the uncontrollable and disturbing noise coming from the air conditioning systems within the rooms. It was very noisy and some guests even described their experience to be similar to sleeping next to an actual engine.

Poorly functional lift

Aside from the small size and old smell of the lift, guests also had issues with its slow performance which was quite annoying for those who were in a hurry. There was only one lift on-site, a hassle for a large number of people who needed to use the lift all at the same time.
