Outstanding breakfast

Breakfast is absolutely delicious, and there is no chance of going hungry here according to travellers. There's a wide variety of freshly baked pastries as well as fresh fruits and yoghurts. The made-to-order eggs that came with the warm dishes were described as mouthwatering. The hospitality was so amazing that guests said they would definitely be returning some time in the future.

Terrific hosts

The owners offered their guests a wealth of information about the area and its surroundings. Travellers reported that their stay in Ottawa was made even better because of the the tips and advice they got. The hosts didn't even think twice about going out of their way to provide directions or assist with restaurant bookings, as it just formed part of the highly-rated customer service on offer.

Appealing Victorian home

The charming architectural detail at the bed and breakfast fascinated many guests. They felt this beautiful Victorian home had been restored with plenty of taste to reflect a bygone era, but were pleased with the many modern conveniences included. The exquisite antiques and large collection of coffee table books amused them, as did the friendly golden doodle dog called Sandy.

Privacy issues

If you're looking for total privacy, then the shared bathroom facilities between guests in the Green and Burgundy Room was considered to be a minor inconvenience. Regardless, the bathrooms were found to be clean, modern and luxurious.
