Positive Reviews

A B&B as it should be

Guests have nothing but praise for the way the hosts run their guest house, and reckon they could give lessons to others how it should be done. They welcome guests like old friends, rather than paying customers, whether they actually are or not. They are extremely kind and excellent conversationalists – helping guests feel right at home. They also seem to know the area like the back of their hands - helping guests plan their stay or giving recommendations where to eat. Many visitors are return guests though and vouch that they would never stay anywhere else in town.

Exceptional breakfasts

The highlight of guests' stay appears to be the amazing freshly cooked breakfasts that the host cooks to order each morning. Guests can't get over the wide choice of dishes available and the tasty, generous portions they are given.

Beautiful house in a peaceful location

Guests love relaxing in this lovely well-presented property, especially on its nice patio area. The B&B is reported to be set in a nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood, and is just a short walk from the town centre and Queen Street, with all its restaurants, bars, theatres and wineries. The place is kept very clean and has a cosy feel with comfortable beds.
