Excellent rooms

Guests have reported that the rooms here are of an excellent standard. Cleanliness and comfort levels are considered high but guests also note specific highlights such as the open fires, modern en-suite facilities, and wonderful views of the surrounding area.

Superb location

The location of this hotel has proved consistently popular. Guests have loved the setting on the lake and mention that the walk to shopping and dining at the resort is a short one. The ease of access to skiing is another obvious highlight.

Overall, guests have been impressed with the facilities on offer at this five-star hotel. There are some issues but feedback is generally good. Guests have found the various facilities easy to access and well maintained.

Negative Reviews

Service could be improved

While there is plenty of positive feedback concerning the standard of service here, there are some disappointments too. Guests have reported that the valet staff is not always available outside as well as noting that conversing in English can be a problem for many of the reception staff.

Restaurant may disappoint

The on-site restaurant attracts some mixed feedback. Guests have found the cost of dining can be prohibitive as well as noting various examples of where the standard of service has not lived up to five-star expectations.

Minor issues with spa

Guests haven’t been overwhelmingly impressed with the spa here, often describing it as on the small side and less than opulent in appearance. Plus, for many guests, the spa closes too early. On the plus side, the therapists are said to be excellent.
