About The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone

The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone is an exquisitely refurbished boutique property offering luxury accommodation in a quiet location just steps from Oxford Street and Marble Arch.

The exquisitely decorated rooms combine antique wooden pieces with patriotic British elements to create a relaxing and luxurious abode. They feature king-size beds, luxury linens, flat screen TVs and all the practical amenities you’d expect.

Seymour’s Parlour, the hotel’s lounge, is the central feature at The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone. It is reminiscent of a rich, but eccentric, relative’s private lounge and provides guests with the perfect spot to relax and socialise.

Seymour’s Parlour serves breakfast, high tea and also has a wicked drinks menu. The concierge can make dining recommendations if required.

Selfridges Department Store is less than five minutes walk from The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone, with all the other stores of Oxford Street easily accessible as well. The luxury boutiques of Bond Street are approximately 0.5 miles away and the exclusive clubs and casinos of Mayfair just a few blocks to the south.

Positive Reviews

Opulent and luxurious interior

This was perhaps what most impressed guests about the hotel. It has been refurbished and furnished to a very high standard. Guests commented that they didn’t only like it because it “looked expensive”, but found that the antique woods and deep reds gave it a very classy and cosy atmosphere that was difficult to find in contemporary hotels.

Excellent location for high-end shopping

Guests were typically in town to do at least a little bit of shopping. The loved the location of the hotel, since the large department stores and other shopping on Oxford Street were all within very easy walking distance. The high-end boutiques around Bond Street were quite close as well.

Very friendly and professional staff

It was not only the hotel itself that impressed the guests, but its staff as well. They were described not only as efficient and good at doing their jobs, but conducting them in a genuine spirit of friendliness that set guest’s minds at ease. This is a luxury hotel, and guests felt that the staff really lived up to the standard set by the surroundings.

Negative Reviews

Rooms on the small side

Guests commented that, while very luxurious, the rooms were on the small side, and really not any bigger than standard hotel rooms in central London.
