  • Lots of places for socialising and relaxation.

    Guests enjoyed sitting out on the patio with a few drinks whilst admiring the surrounding countryside. During the colder months many chose to relax in front of the log fire of the hotel's lounge. If you are looking for a hotel with a cosy and homely atmosphere then you will certainly be in your element.

  • Food ticks all the boxes.

    The food served at the hotel restaurant has been praised by many of the guests who said that the dishes were well prepared and made using high quality local ingredients. The variety of choice on offer was also greatly appreciated with guests stating that the menus catered for various tastes and preferences.

  • Elegant and well-equipped rooms.

    Many of the guests described the rooms as being stylishly decorated with elegant pieces of furniture and quality upholstery. Bathrooms were said to be equally well-presented with modern suites and powerful showers. The added extras such as branded toiletries and complimentary biscuits were highly appreciated by those who stayed here.

Negative Reviews
  • Rooms on the small side.

    Some guests found the size of the double rooms to be rather small as they objected to having inadequate storage space and said that they would have preferred to have more space to move around in between the bed and the furniture. The bathrooms have also been described as being quite compact.

  • Internet connection issues.

    The Wi-Fi signal was said to be quite weak and intermittent with guests stating that they experienced difficulties when trying to connect their devices from their rooms. Many said that they had log on several times which they described as rather frustrating.

  • Traffic noise.

    The hotel is close to a rather busy road and some of the guests mentioned that they found the traffic noise quite intrusive.
