Negative Reviews

Poor Breakfast Experience

Guests feel that the Continental breakfast (consisting of toast, waffles, cereal and muffins) lacks variety and taste. Also, the meal not being hot left the guests disappointed. However, there are many good restaurants located within walking distance.

Lack of Lift

There is no elevator in the hotel, making it difficult for guests with knee or back problem to climb upstairs. If you have heavy luggage, it is advisable to take the room on a lower floor.

A Few Other Issues

Some other issues mentioned by guests are smell of cigarette on the floor, lack of utensils in kitchen, difficulty in interpreting street address on GPS, lack of A.C in living room etc. However, these are minor issues and did not affect the overall stay.
