Great Location Close to Beaches

Villabranca is in a fantastic, central location close to beaches and many of the popular attractions in the area. There is even a free shuttle bus that takes guests to the beach and the town centre.

Spacious, Clean and Well-equipped Guest Rooms

Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned almost every day and there is plenty of room to move about and store belongings. Guests reported the rooms are well-equipped with everything you need and the beds are comfortable.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

From the time guests arrive to the time they leave, they are treated like family. The reception staff is very welcoming and all staff members are helpful, attentive and friendly. They are always there to answer any questions or help out with anything including printing off boarding passes, providing directions, bringing extra amenities to rooms and giving suggestions on things to see and do in the area.

Negative Reviews

There is a lot of Noise Around the Hotel

Guests reported that there is a lot of noise in and around the hotel and when complaints are made, the staff doesn't seem to care nor do they try to do anything about it.

Guest Rooms are Dated and Unkempt

The rooms at Vilabranca are old-fashioned with dated and tattered furnishings and decor. Guests reported that the rooms were not cleaned during their stay and the rooms are damp and cold. Also reported was Wi-Fi that doesn't work, musty-smelling sheets and blankets, uncomfortable beds, thin towels and stained walls and floors.

Some Staff Members are Unfriendly and Cold

The service at the bar was poor and the reception staff is unfriendly and cold. Guests reported feeling like they were inconveniencing the staff when they arrived. They only do what they have to do and send guests off to their rooms without barely saying anything else.
