New Looking Hotel

Convenient Location for Kailua-Kona

Several guests remarked that this hotel is very walkable. You're not very far from major attractions; however, you're still far enough away to avoid the noise of the main tourist strip. As a result, several guests said they would stay again.

Breakfast Hits the Spot

A number of travellers really like the hot and cold selections available on the free breakfast buffet because it provided a nice mix of everything. Plus, the food that was offered was also fresh and yummy, with few complaints from guests.

Minor Housekeeping Issues

Most visitors commended the housekeeping staff, however there were few complaints. Some guests mentioned that the lobby had a musty smell. Others cited that housekeeping never showed up during their stay and when they did arrive the job is mediocre.

Parking Woes

Some guests mentioned that they didn't understand that there was a parking fee. Others mentioned that there weren't enough spaces for all the cars so you may be forced to parking in a public lot away from the hotel. Overall though, most people did not have an issue with parking.

A Couple of Pool Issues
