The house is on a single floor where we find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe with mirror, bedside tables, chest of drawers and TV; a second bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV and sofa; a large bathroom with a wet room and a reading area. In a separate area we also find the laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board with space to be used as a storeroom for bikes or sports equipment. Outside there is a courtyard where you can eat outside or enjoy moments of relaxation and a covered area to be used as parking for the car.\r\nThe whole house is equipped with mosquito nets and ventilation.
