So much to do Around the Hotel.

Guests reported that it was impossible to be bored around this hotel as there's so much to do for all ages. There's a number of swimming pools that vary in style and size, water activities are numerous, there's never a shortage of sun beds and the entertainment team is funny and interactive.

Meal Choices are Endless.

There's a number of choices when it comes to restaurants and bars at Jaz Aquamarine and each offers something different. Guests reported that there's many different types of foods to choose from, everything is well-prepared and served by friendly staff, everything is fresh and food is served all day.

Interactive, Friendly Staff.

Guests reported that staff members are friendly and always willing to help out with anything guests need. Nothing is too much for them and they genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Also reported was poolside staff who ensure guests have drinks, reception staff who are quick to solve issues and staff who are proactive in making sure guests are equipped with all the information they need.

Negative Reviews

The Meals are Bland and Repetitive.

The food served at Jaz Aquamarine is bland and poorly-prepared with undercooked and overcooked items, greasy meals that taste like they've been sitting under the lights for some time, mushy vegetables and hot items served cold. Also reported was a lack of choice and slow service.

The Rooms Could Use Some Work.

The rooms at Jaz Aquamarine are dated and unkempt. Guests reported that the Wi-Fi doesn't work, some light switches are broken, there's a lack of hot water, furnishings are old and worn, there's mould in the bathrooms and the paint is peeling off some of the walls.

Unfriendly and Unprofessional Staff.

Guests reported that some staff members are unfriendly and don't seem to care about guests' needs. It also takes a long time to get checked in, staff don't serve guests unless they are tipped first, issues go unresolved for long periods, some staff aren't knowledgeable about the hotel and there's a lack of organization.
